Purpose
The safety and wellbeing of all worshippers and visitors is paramount. These protocols ensure order, protection, and preparedness during all services and events.
General Security Guidelines
- Comply with instructions issued by Security and Protocol
- Bags may be checked during major events
- Keep personal items secure at all times
- No loitering in restricted areas without authorization
- Discreetly report suspicious behaviour to a security officer
Children’s Safety
- Register children at the Children’s Church desk
- No child is released to an unauthorized person
- Security monitors children’s areas during services
Emergency Preparedness
- Keep emergency exits clear
- Familiarize with exit routes and assembly points
- Follow instructions from Security or Ushering teams
- Report medical issues to the Health & Safety Desk
Parking & Traffic Control
- Park in designated areas and follow the parking team
- Do not obstruct entrances, exits, or walkways
- No overnight parking unless authorized
Handling of Offerings & Valuables
- Only authorised finance and security officers handle offerings
- Funds movement includes at least two officers and one security personnel
Conduct During Services
- No disorderly conduct or harassment
- Keep phones on silent
- Report incidents immediately
Personal Security Tips
- Avoid displaying large amounts of cash or valuables
- Ensure vehicles are locked
- Do not leave children unattended
- Report theft or loss promptly

- Security maintains confidentiality; reports are factual and discreet
- Collaboration with local police, Health & Safety, and Administration as needed
