Prophetic & Deliverance Ministry
Ministering under biblical order, confidentiality, and accountability.
Equip the church to hear God’s voice, discern spirits, and walk in freedom through deliverance.
- Prophecy must align with Scripture and be given in love
- Major directions are confirmed by the Lead Pastor
- Deliverance by trained workers under pastoral oversight
- Maintain confidentiality and secure documentation
Evangelism & Outreach (HFTO)
Weekly evangelism, community projects, and campus outreach.
Extend the love of Christ through personal evangelism, community impact, and missions.
- Weekly street evangelism and personal witnessing
- Quarterly community projects (health, school supplies, empowerment)
- Partner with discipleship ministry for follow-up
- Act with humility, integrity, and love
- Campus ministries in at least 3 universities by Year 3
- 5+ HFTO community projects by Year 5
Christian Education Ministry
Foundation, Maturity, and Leadership & Ministry Schools to equip believers.
Nurture, equip, and disciple through structured, Bible-based teaching.
- Develop age-appropriate, Christ-centered curriculum
- Produce and review teaching materials for doctrinal consistency
- Manage the discipleship schools and train teachers
- Publish resources and ensure quality
- Vacation Bible School (annual)
- Youth Bible Camps and Retreats
- Christian Life Seminars for Adults
- Every member engaged in intentional discipleship

Administration & Finance
Stewardship, budgeting, compliance, logistics, and service to the body.
Backbone of operations, ensuring order, transparency, and accountability.
- Provide excellent administrative support
- Ensure financial prudence and integrity
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Coordinate logistics for services, events, and outreach
- Manage correspondence and filing (digital and physical)
- Schedule meetings and circulate minutes
- Oversee inventory, property management, and maintenance
- Supervise facility use and readiness
