About O²
We are The Outpouring Oasis (O²), a Spirit-filled community dedicated to creating an atmosphere of God’s presence, revival, and transformation. We host God's presence, proclaim Christ, equip disciples, and serve with excellence.
Our Story
O² was birthed by a divine instruction to raise a people of revival — a generation wholly yielded to God and marked by His presence — through the leadership of Rev. Stephen Obeng Amoako and Mrs. Emmanuela Obeng Amoako. In November 2024, a suitable facility at Achimota – Golf Course was identified and prepared to host the presence of God and His people.
On Friday, 20th December 2024, O² held its first service (an All-Night), gathering approximately 185 worshippers. On Sunday, 2nd February 2025, O² was officially commissioned under divine unction. Since then, the Oasis has been growing as a vibrant family committed to prayer, evangelism, discipleship, and excellence in ministry.

Statement of Faith
- The Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God.
- The Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, co-equal and co-eternal.
- Salvation comes only through Jesus Christ by grace, through faith.
- The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is available to all believers.
- Healing, deliverance, and prophecy are part of the believer’s inheritance.

Church Governance & Structure
We operate with clear, accountable structures for ministry and administration, reflecting servant leadership and order.
- Lead Pastor / Founder: Vision bearer and spiritual leader.
- Pastoral Team: Oversees teaching, prophetic ministry, healing, youth, and outreach.
- Administrative Board: Finance, governance, and compliance.
- Ministry Leaders: Oversee specific arms (worship, media, outreach, discipleship).

Leadership
Rev. Stephen Obeng Amoako serves as Lead Pastor and Overseer. Alongside a committed team, he guides the church in prayer, doctrine, and mission.
