Introduction
Discipleship Pathways is the mandatory journey for every member of The Outpouring Oasis. It ensures that no believer is left behind in spiritual growth.
Purpose
- Provide a structured pathway for spiritual formation.
- Ground believers in Christian fundamentals.
- Nurture maturity in Christ and equip believers for service.
- Raise leaders who advance the Kingdom of God in all spheres.
Programme Structure
- Foundation School: Establishes core doctrines and Christian living.
- Maturity School: Deepens the believer’s walk and character.
- Leadership & Ministry School: Equips for leadership and service.

No Member Left Behind.
Protocols
- Teachers are approved and trained by the pastoral team.
- All materials are reviewed for doctrinal soundness.
- Attendance and progress are tracked for growth.
Level 1: Discipleship Training (Overview)
Objective: Establish a solid foundation in faith, biblical understanding, and practical Christian living.
Duration: 10 weeks (one module per week)

Assessment & Certification
